Registration and Payment Info

 

 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES (NOT INCLUDE PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS)

*Refers to undergraduate, master, and PhD students.

Proof of EAPL Member of student status (Photocopy of student card / ISIC) must be provided to the Organizing Committee during registration process.

 

  1. Conference Registration (click here):

    • The first step is to register for the conference. You'll likely find an online registration form on the conference website or through a provided link.

    • After registration, you should receive a confirmation email.

  2. Receipt of the Email with the "Registration ID":

    • Following registration, await the receipt of a confirmation email, which will include the "Registration ID."

  3. Email and SPAM Check:

    • If you don't receive the confirmation email, check your SPAM (junk) folder to ensure the email hasn't been redirected there.

  4. Contact in Case of Non-Receipt:

    • If, for any reason, you don't receive the email with the "Registration ID," get in touch with the conference organizing team. The provided email for this purpose is eapl2024@egasmoniz.edu.pt.

  5. Submission of Abstracts for Presentations:

    • After registration, and with the "Registration ID" in hand, you can proceed with the submission of abstracts for presentations during the conference.

  6. Approval and Payment (click here):

    • If your abstract is approved, the next step is to make the payment for the participation fee. Ensure that the author who will be presenting is responsible for the payment.

    • Failure to make the payment may result in the removal of the presentation from the program.

 

Make sure to follow the instructions provided by the conference and reach out to the organizing team if you need assistance or further clarification.

**Important Notice: Workshop Attendance at EAPL Annual Conference 2024**

Please note that attendance at workshops during the EAPL Annual Conference 2024 is strictly reserved for registered participants of the event. Kindly be informed that registrations are subject to availability and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Conference registration fee includes:

 

1. For presenting participants

Admission to all conference sessions (not workshops);

An electronic Book of Abstracts;

Certificate of attendance as the author of a presentation (oral or poster);

Welcome reception, coffee breaks, and Conference Dinner. 

 

2. For non-presenting participants

 

Admission to all conference sessions (not workshops);

An electronic Book of Abstracts;

Certificate of participating as a conference attendee; 

Welcome reception, coffee breaks and, upon request during payment - access to the Conference Dinner for an extra €60.

Registration notes:

One registration fee covers a maximum of two accepted presenting author roles.

Only registered participants can be presenting authors (oral, poster or other).

Only registered participants will be permitted into the conference area. 

The registration fees are not subject to VAT.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for registration cancellation must be sent by writing an email to pay.eapl2024@egasmoniz.edu.pt.  

Cancellation requests received until 29th February 2024: full refund* minus 20% administration fee

Cancellation requests received between 1st March - 15th March 2024: 50% refund*. After this date, no modifications (author details, presentation title) can be made.

After 16th March no refunds will be available.

 *Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EAPL 2024, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
